Our chosen charity for service this year is the Christchurch Kidney Society.
The service committee and other club members have been busy baking delicious treats for the day patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Their next project is making special comfort belts for the patients to wear during their treatment.
A great afternoon of fellowship was had getting together with their sewing machines and achieving great results. All rounded off with a cuppa and some of their delicious baking. Well done to a dedicated team.
