Rededication of the Zonta Plaque

Governor Phillippa Jacobs-Lory unveils the plaque and newly planted tree to commemorate 105 years of Zonta on behalf of the Zonta Canterbury Clubs.

The original plaque and tree were dedicated in 1999 celebrating 80 years of Zonta. Unfortunately they were destroyed by the Christchurch earthquake in 2011. You will find the plaque in Oxford Terrace near the Kate Sheppard Memorial.
